how 2 fix my noisey fridge?

hi, my fridge works gud but when i close fridge door this tapping-knocking noise starts but when i open the door the noise stops!\r\ni have a fisher&paykel active smart fridge

Switch off and defrost the appliance fully for 24hrs with doors left open.now restart appliance.
