lower fan oven will not heat up,thermostat warning light lights up, the fan works but nothing else happens.

there is a fan heating element at the back around the outside of the fan you can see rotating in the back of the oven .remove the back cover from inside the oven to expose the fan element.with care it can be replaced from inside the oven cavity
