fridge freezer?

I have a aeg santo electrolux fridge freezer. The fridge is working fine but the freezer doesnt work The product number is 925934515

could be a faulty starter,faulty pcb,faulty compressor
there is 2 compressors on this model hence fridge still works ok as they are totally seperate systems and the failure of one will not effect the other
