fisher Paykel wont go into rinse cycle?

Washer just stops after the wash cycle and will not go into the rinse cycle. There is water in washer as well.

Water has to empty out first. Bowl will not spin until it is empty. You probably have a blockage in the drain pump which is stopping the pump from spinning and draining the water.
