Frigidaire larder fridge not cooling?

The light has gone off. The fridge is not cooling. But power is running to the motor.

It is the Elite model.

My new larder fridge has been on only 10 minutes brand new and the sides are getting hot ,they have plenty room at the sides etc the door is cold and top? Is this normal or should I check the hose insurance
