makita cordless drill?

the batterys in my makita 14.4 v cordless drill appear to charge fully. but thre doesn't seem to be a great deal of torque generated is this a drill fault not abattery fault.

batteries have the memory effect caused by charging when not fully flattened by use you need new batteries
