no hot water?

i have a baxi 24 combi boiler the heating is working correctly and the dhw taps for bath and upstairs basin working correctly but no flow at all from downstairs dhw tap in kitchen. with there being no flow i think it is possibly a blockage somewhere if so how can i flush the pipes
