my halstead ace boiler has started dripping hot water from a pipe below the boiler which i believe is the overflow pipe.the heating and hot water has been fine but the pressure dail on boiler has dropped to zero any ideas thanks
sounds like the expansion tank failed causing the relief valve to trip and drain the water down in the system. will need to have the system checked before refilling to make sure it wont happen again.
