luke warm water (central heating is ok)?

Hi Noticed today the hot water is luke warm but the central heating is ok - new boiler fitted in July 2010 (worcester-bosch Greenstar 37CDi) system pressure gauge was at 1 so increased it to 1.5 bars - have turned domestic hot water temperature to 4 and not noticed a difference in water Temperature - is there something I'm doing wrong :(

probably turning the tap on too much there's a big difference between the temperature of the inlet cold water in summer than in winter the boiler is designed to give a set flow rate to compansate for this if you turn the tap on too much the boiler can't cope with the increased flow rate and the colder inlet water temperature
