central locking is not opening my fuelcap and doors, because of frozen weather what can i do to open the fuelcap to put in fuel in my golf gt mk3

Look for a plastic tab/button in the boot area (perhaps behind the side trim) on the same side as the filler neck.
This when piulled should release filler flap
