fridge icing up in wrong place?

back plate in fridge is icing up when it should not be. The fridge is a tricity bendix frdige freezer.What could the problem be?

It sounds like one of the defroster elements isn't working. It could be
defrost timer related but since you have no ice on the other sides that element seems the most likely culprit.
