How can I fix my Worcester 24i RSF combi boiler?

The heating is running fine but it suddenly stops running hot water properly (water will be hot if trickling it from ground floor). If I run hot water upstairs, it'll trigger the reset button.

everyone is suffering from poor hot water on combis
Its to do with the incoming water nearly freezing dontcha know?
U can only slow the tap down so much b4 the flow sensor stops
