If it squeaks with every cassette, it possibly just needs a minute amount of 'fine' lubricant applied locally to the reel table spindles (very, very small amount).
It's a fiddley job involving removal of the reel tables and best taken to a repairer.
(Don't use heavy oils or WD40 like one of my customers did, as it will likely write off your video.)
