hi my cd playerturns on but when go to play a cd insend of playing the cd it just jumps to the next cd and soon until it gets to number six disc without playing any of them can you tell me what the problem is and can it be repaired

i think the belts need replaceing . i need a step by step show how to do it please. i am not much a read but show me and i can do the best i can.
