how can I put in a new code if I don't have the old one?
we recently moved in to this house and are unable to use the burglar alarm as we do not have the code ,the previous owner we are unable to contact ,any advice please?
you really should point out mal,they will need the engineering manual for their panel,not the user one!

you need manual for the control panel
this will tell you how to clear nvm putting codes to factory default
some panels if the code starts or ends with 9 you cannot default panel to factory defaults
