I have a Samsung j1453s washing machine. After completeing the last wash, we reloaded the machine and we were able to turn it on. The machine came on but none of the other buutons worked. Also, the machine would not turn off via the power button. The only way to turn the machine off was at the mains. Have had the button panel off but can't see any obvious fault. eg, loose plug,wiring, etc. Please help
