How do I fix my Hotpoint WD640 washer/dryer?

Since displaying fault codes F-05 and F-011 my Hotpoint WD640 Washer/Dryer will not empty the water from the drum nor will it complete the washing cycle.
Any ideas to help me cut down on expensive engineer callouts please ?
