I was told this is a fault with the pump . how can I access it to check if its blocked . it is a tricity bendix washing machine 1400

first thing to do is remove the filter at the bottom right.water will pour out!
shine a torch in to the filter housing so you can see the drain pump impeller.make sure there is nothing jammed in it by rotating it with the end of a screwdriver.a good pump should flick over
