I have a bosch PSB 600 RE electric drill which I have for several years I was using it the other day when I press the trigger sometimes it would work and sometimes it would'nt, however this gradually got worse and now it does not work at all.

Please advise

brushes are easy to replace and cost about £4 from e bay

The most usual problem is the power cord has broken usually just as it comes into the drill where it gets the most grief. Take off the plastic cover to the drill to get at the power cord wire terminals inside the drill, test for continuity and, if broken, cut it back a foot or so or replace the whole power cord. Could also be the brushes but I am not so familiar with replacing these but I think it is easy if they havnt damaged the drill.
