The problems is when the dishwasher starts to empty it comes out the vent on the top of the sink. Afer it drains for a 30 sec. it stops coming out the vent.What can i do to prevent this.

I am not a dishwasher expert but if when the dishwasher empties the water comes out the sink vent then I would
strongly suggest that the sink drain is partially plugged thus it cannot handle the water from the dishwasher pump. Perhaps
some drano or other stuff like Liquid Plumber would clear the sink drain and solve the problem.
