White Knight CL437WV no heat?

If the drum was not turning but the timer was running could the heater element have been damaged,have put a new capacitor on and drum is now turning but it won't heat up now any ideas please.

have you pressed the red reset button on the back as this should pop out for safety if the motor or drum stops rotating
