1991 Acura Integra LS 2 door 4 cyl. I replaced my Clutch, Throw Out Bearing, and Pressure Plate. I have it all put back together and with the car not running I can put it into gear. But I start it and the car makes a winding noise thats like the clutch and pressure plate are not releasing away from one another. What could be causing this? On this car you must press down the clutch before the car will start and that works.

you say you threw out bearing and pressure plate,did you replace clutch cover?false economy when g/box out not to change the three parts of a clutch,also was the clutch slipping or not clearing on the original fault,has the clutch been bled/adjusted ok also
