I recently got one for Christmas. It does not seem to have a case or strap, so I have had to carry it in my hands/pocket or put it on a table. Because of this, I have accidentally dropped it a few times and now when I turn it on, it makes a high-pitched ringing noise. It interfers with me listening to music. How can I fix this?
