My parents recently purchased a used stair lift for my dad, and the track is about 3 feet too short. They live in Maine and can't seem to get any help from anyone. Can you help me with this, or direct me to someone who can help me? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Scabby lot in Maine aren't they! surely the local hospital would give some advice without holding their hand out for a few dollars? another is to contact local radio see if they would put out a FREE help message I'm sure, if they have a heart they will and you may get flooded with offers of help. It would be a flag to wave for the radio station to show they care about the comunity and listeners. Good luck. Bob UK
