whats up ? works fine on low temp but kicks reset out?

low temp works but high kicks reset after 3 to 5min
can you help?

Not sure about any reset as I unplugged it for 5min the restarted ok until a repeat in < 2hours. I lowered heat setting from high to medium high and all has been ok this morning
