Have had 3 years and very happy, but now need to check and maybe replace the thermal resistor and/or the thermal cut-away (no heat).

Having difficulty getting the heater unit out of the mantle. Does it come out the front or the back?? Have removed all accessible screws and can't get it free, either way.

CAN U HELP??
