We have a brand new Necht dishwasher which came as part of a kitchen supplied by "Kitchens". Unfortunately the door does not stay closed but we have no phone number or contact for anybody at all. It is most frustrating. I do not recommend anybody buying from "Kitchens" at all. Do you have a phone number?

We have necht dishwasher from Kitchens as well. Does it always not stay closed or just sometimes? We found that if the top shelf does not go in straight, it does that sometimes. At the back there is a hole that the top shelf fits into - if it does not go straight back it misses the hole and the door will not shut.
