red light comes on no water in collection unit in topof machine. tip machine water comes flooding out from front and rear at bottom

take off the cover on the small grey plastic box back of the unit bottom right hand corner. You will see a black plastic pump this should be running all the time the dryer is in operation pumping water up to the collection tank via external black hose. Pump probably requires replacing. Make sure you isolate from electrical supply before starting work
