I have a Jaguar combi boiler 23k. I've had the diaphragm replaced as i was not getting any hot water. I now have a new problem with the heating which was working fine before. The problem i have is the heating is heating the rads upstairs but not the rads downstairs. Could this be a problem when the water is running through the washing machine. Help greatly appreciated.
