The Handle Release on our Dirt Devil Ultra Vision turbo doesn't work. We were vacuuming and a shoelace got caught ,but we got that out perfectly fine. It's just that when we tried to put it up and the bring it back down the vacuum locked up and refused to go down again. We don't get how this is supposed to be fixed, but we are trying and would like some answers.
