Kenmore Dishwasher #587 15182400 Leaking from Bottom?

our Kenmore dishwasher model #587 15182400 appears to be leaking from the bottom. It looks like it's coming from the where the heat element goes into the bottom of the dishwasher? any ideas, help experience on this - how to fix? anything? please help! Thanks!
