Hi i have a 53 plate primera t spec diesel 2.. The engine management light has come on. it keeps losing poer everytime I drive it. I cannot exceed 40mph. I have dignostic guys look at it and they reckon its the fuel pump. very expensive to replace, so they advise me, is this the case, or are they trying to rip me off

i had same problem change diesel and air filters cost me £25 and then the air flow meter £108 :-( and now runs like a dream
ps. i could only go 15mph lol
