Strength Master treadmill E7 and stuck in incline?

Hi, my Strength Master treadmill is now stuck in an incline and showing an error "E7". I have tried resetting it, but it wont go back down to the floor and after a few seconds shows the E7 error message again. Please help. Thanks.
