My AMD 1250 changes the date all by itself?

My AMD 1250 changes the date, when first started, it will show as 3 dec 2004 then as it loads the profile and changes to 12 mar 2004 (i.e transposing ther date & month) even after correcting it, it will do it again next time. I'm running XP pro (not SP2) and Nortion 2004. BIOS has the correct time and it happens on all profiles any idea please?

Tried it, but it still reverts back. each time when logging on to any of our profiles. So today it's 1st Sept. not 9th Jan !! - service pack 2 installed and ok (this time)

double click on clock, (bottom left hand corner)
click time zone
check that it is set to grenwiich mean time and untick book to automacaclty update time.
had the same problem. this worked for me.

Also recomend you stick service pack two on. has many benifits!
