Renault Kangoo W reg?

Hi,I have got an odd noise coming from the front end when doing tight turns (in both directions).
Looked and nothing is leaking,tyres fine,steering fine at all speeds,brakes fine.

Any ideas??????????

If it's a knocking sound, a c.v. joint will want replacing.
