how can i fix my glow worm boiler?

its a combi-the pressure was 0.7, i meddled with the tap, water flowed on my floor and still is dripping, the pressure is 1.1! this is worse-bad was when hot water would run out after three mins of running! can someone help please!

what is worse- bad is your english 1.1 bar is the normal pressure for a combi as for the rest god knows
