mondeo 02 plate. Remote locking not working properly?

When I press remote lock button, the door locks operate, but then the doors relock immediately afterwards without pressing any buttons. I can operate locks with the key but still have no central locking.

check all doors are closing fully and no striker plates are loose,give all locks a good lubricate also
