The only way we can get hot water from our boiler is by pressing the +1 hour button. This gives us enough hot water for a shower but thats it.

My electromax boiler heats the c/htg via the off peak immersion heater the radiators are hot but the DHW rarely gets warm.

Test the lower off peak immersion with a multi meter, it should be reading 18ohms. if not is has failed and will require replacing.
