water damage is fatal! to all phone. this kind of damage usualy kills a mobile,you could try leaving it near (NOT ON) a heater for a few days to a week (if you havent tryed this already that is )(take out mem,sims,battire and just leave them all together at the heat (i wish you the VERY BEST OF LUCK wi yours) sorry to hear that its happend to yours.
