my flexicom cx boiler keeps flashing F then 25 how can i fix it?

I have a glow worm flexicom cx and it keeps flashing F. then 25 i've tried the reset button but it's still flashing. Is there anythig else i can do ?

The temperature rise is too quick in flow or return, it's either air passing through the boiler, system trvs are all shut down (possible by-pass shut) or a pump issue.
