Renault Megane rear door wont open?

My drivers side rear door won't open. It started off that it wouldn't open from outside, but would from inside, it now won't open from either. How could I get door panel off if it won't open?

the easiest way to open a door in that case is to unbolt the hinges, making sure you have something on the ground and someone to help.
