How to remove a element from a oven?

We have a Westinghouse electric oven 622 model.

The element for the oven has gone and I do not know how to remove it to purchase a new one.

not sure of what that model looks like , turn off all the power first , pull out the cooker so you can get at the back of it , take off the back plate cover, look were main wire goes into the back of the cooker , the wires for the elements, will be feed from here, follow them to the none working element, you should see a way in to the element from there.and you should see a way to unscrew it, the wirer on the element are just on push on clips, take a photo of it with your phone ect" so you know were the two wires go , when you get the new one (EBAY) you can use the cooker with the element out, just tape off the wire and keep them apart, and have the knob off to that oven ,
