How does one unblock the pump in a F&P washing Machine?

Where is the pump and how do I unblock it? Or if blockage is not the cause of Washing Machine not spinning, where can I find a new pump and how do I install it?

The drain pump is on the end of the drain hose. Just follow the hose down until you come to the pump.
