hello can you help me please?
i have got a laptop few days ago for 30quid(toshiba tecra a2 designed for microsoft windows xp)but its gota password and the user name so i cant sing in.i have tuk the keyboard off to get to the reset pins,but there is a arow pointin at one of the pins,am not shure do i have to get wire and put it on both of them to reset it?& wile its on or off?cos i tryed last night when it was on and off & its still thesame.can u let me no the propa way of doin it,or if theres any other solution ,thank you for readin this.
