How can i fix my Potterton Puma 80, DHW won't work unless CH. is on?

My Potterton Puma 80, (permanent pilot), will not supply DHW. unless the Central Heating is also turned on.

The domestic diaphragm is most probably worn and will need replacing, it will no longer be making the microswitch to initiate the HW demand.
