What is the best method to repair cracks in ceilings?

What is the best method for repairing cracks in ceilings at the plasterboard joint. The cracks vary from hairline to areas where the plaster skim has come away.

Best way to solve this is to v out the crack dust off,, wet crack, fill with gyproc easy fill 45 then sand to a good finish.To prevent the crack from reapearing you must address the movment that caused it in the first place or it will re crack in time. Another safe guard would be to use artex tape> let me know if you need more info on this......

scrape out any loose material, then brush it out with a dry paint brush, wet inside the cracks first before applying some pollyfilla(not ready mixed,) not dry, keep it moist, put it on with a flexable filling knife, when dry lightly sand down with fine grade sanding block

any decent crack filler will do but i prefer the powder that you mix yourself (you can vary consistancy) if the cracks are very narrow may be better to run along them with screwdriver to give a wider area for the filler to adhere to apply with paper scraper or similar and leave slightly proud when dry use electric sander or block with fine sandpaper or emery paper
