My Worcester greenstarHE shows red light flashing and FO code & doesnt fire?

Just returned from a holiday and found CH doesnt work. Red light next to the triangle flashes and FO code flashes in the display. No hot water or central heating. What can I do to clear the fault?

Thank you brian, but that does not work. I actually saw some answers on this site and cleared the palstic container and also managed to clear the FO warning sign, but still it does not fire.
The display reads 10, but no hot water or CH yet. Any more suggestions please?
