I am the 'administrator' profile on my laptop which is a Zoomstorm, but it wont let me log in, there is no error message saying its my password or anything, when i log in, it starts to load and then a messaege comes up saying it is unable to load. Help pls cos I cant make any changes to my laptop without my adminstrator profile!
