How can I download Itunes?

I keep trying to download Itunes, but it gets so far through then stops, telling me "C:\Users\Jenny\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ECLS9KWT\iTunesSetup[1].exe is not a valid Win32 application". Any ideas about what I can do about this please?
