How to do satin stitch on Toyota RS2000?

Help! I think perhaps I am being a little dim but I have a three dial machine and despite looking in the instruction manual, I still can't work out which setting to use for satin stitch.

Select width of zig zag, very close stitch length and make sure you have the satin stitch foot on
